Castiel is a dutiful soldier of the Lord, sent to Earth with the charge of watching the Winchester's. Though he attempts to continue to have faith in his Lord and the plan, there is doubt in his heart. His "people skills" are a bit "rusty", though he enjoys humans and their interactions, holding the right of free will in high regard.
