Invitation: Crack Mansion

You (and all your characters) are cordially invited to spend a week hob-nobbing with the rich and famous at Crack Mansion. This spa-like locale is a favorite retreat of hedonists and divas alike. It also boasts a first rate chef, tennis courts and a yoga instructor.


The only drawback? Well, rumor is that the place is haunted. There are supposedly four ghosts roaming the halls. I have it on good authority that only one of them is real. Will you be able to discover which one?


FAQ and teaser for the upcoming week
- you'll have opportunities to obtain clues by performing research and/or tasks
- clues are given 'per player' versus 'per character'
- you are welcome to wander into haunted rooms and share your clues/intel with others -- however, please do not talk about your clues outside the crack post (ie. chatrooms, IM, etc)
- Beware! A player may be possessed by the Crack Mansion Ghost and could feed you a false clue in an effort to divert suspicion to the false ghosts.
- the ghosts will not be characters or players in the game, so while it might sound like a game of mafia, it most assuredly is NOT. The ghosts are figments of my imagination only. Think scooby-doo not mafia. 'kay?

In the meantime, feel free to RP here, chat about what characters you want to bring along, trip preparations, etc. Nothing in this post will be related to the actual haunted mansion - it's just a 'heads-up' type of thing and something to do on the weekend in case you wanted it. :)

Also feel free to leave questions in the questions thread of this post. Please note that I'm at a con and traveling tomorrow - I won't be home until LATE tomorrow night, so my response may be a bit sporadic/delayed until we actually start on Monday.
