You still could be. Surprisingly though, I'm pretty adept at handling killers. Well, I try to be adept. Once my adeptness runs out, I let the pack handle it and run.

*tilts head* Why not? I mean, Derek is like, so protective of me. It's kinda hot to see my mate like that. Unless... oh holy god, is he not your mate? Sorry, that must be awkward. I'm awkward. Sorry, sorry. Really.

We're a couple if that's what you mean by mate.

Every month, Remus tries to push me away because he's afraid of losing control and turning me. Every month, I have to see how much pain the transformations put him in. Every month it takes him just a little bit longer to recover.

So no, I wouldn't call it awesome.

I'm not sure if that's the same. Derek means mate like, forever.

Oh. He can't change whenever he wants to? The werewolves I know can change whenever, though they do have to change on a full moon. *bites lip* Derek might be able to help. If I buttered him up to it. I could help too! I stopped Scott from killing me more than once!

I've not heard of werewolves mating forever - perhaps Remus has been holding out on me.

He only changes on the full moon and he's in excruciating pain when he does. Even if he could change more often, I wouldn't want him to.
