*Christine woke up with a small snort as she heard her phone go off and she picked up the phone and saw it was Emma asking to meet at Granny's for some coffee. Christine knew David was out doing deputy/prince charming work so she wouldn't see him until later on that evening.*

*Christine sat up as she texted Emma back with some difficulty*

Oh of course! I'll be on my way,let me just get dressed and I'll be at Granny's shortly. Though ask for a hot cocoa for me. Never been a coffee person.

-So after getting dressed in a simple t-shirt,pants and boots,she was on her way to Granny's,walking inside as she found a booth waiting for Emma-

Hey -she says with a smile- Thanks for doing this I usually have a go to girl to do....girl stuff with but....we had a falling out.

No,it's fine,I was glad you asked me,Emma. Your father...or...David actually was asking me if I could spend time with you and I...I haven't had a good friend since Meg and we had a falling out as well. So believe me,I know how it feels.
