Neal George Caffrey, mid-30s, FBI consultant and criminal

A con artist serving 4 years for bond forgery (alleged to have committed a whole load of other crimes), Neal breaks out of prison with three months left on his sentence to find his girlfriend Kate. He's caught by Peter Burke, and is serving out the remainder of his sentence (with some added years for busting out of prison) as a consultant on a tracking anklet.

And he's pretty. He wanders around being pretty and solving crimes and sometimes committing them (allegedly).
