Lucius' wife and Draco's mother, less anti-Muggle after the war, but still apparently "not changed enough" for certain parties who think they're going to marry her son.

Rich, stuck-up, self-absorbed except when it comes to her family - for whom she would do absolutely anything.

((Ginny really doesn't care if Narcissa changes. The problem was that Draco had been telling her that his mother was okay with their relationship and that she had changed, but when they actually met, it wasn't true.))

((No, probably not. I know Cissa was after the fact; Draco and Ginny had been going for a couple months before I claimed her. I admit I only just skimmed their threads because I didn't want to know ooc too much more than Cissa knows ic. Also, "okay" is relative ;) it's pretty remarkable that Cissa's even remotely entertaining the possibility, so by her normal standards, that counts as okay, lol.))

((No one was playing Narcissa at the time, so it's probably the latter, though I may also have just gotten the wrong idea from Whitney about how things were going to be. I'm known to do that.))
