A Week in Rural Scotland
Jan. 20th, 2013 07:16 pm
Thank you for joining us here in picturesque Glen Macalie, on the shore of Loch Leven in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. We welcome you to the campus of the Glen Macalie School for Girls and hope that you will enjoy your stay.
This week will largely be unstructured; you are welcome to investigate the castle (which dates back to 1237 CE) and the nearby village of Glen Macalie. Some resources which will be available to you include:
In the castle:
Comprehensive Library
Modern Kitchens
State of the art Training/Exercise Room
Extensively landscaped grounds and gardens
Horseback Riding
Fishing
Hiking
In the village:
Shopping
Pubs and restaurants
Museum
Historical buildings
Golf
We ask only that you take care to observe the following rules:
1) Please do not leave campus near or after dark.
2) Venturing too far outside after dark, even on campus, is not guaranteed to be safe. You do so at your own risk.
3) There will be occasional evening events. Participation in these events should be considered of minor risk; however, anyone taking part should endeavor to follow all directions to ensure his or her safety.
If you have any questions, please feel free to see Mr. Giles or Ms. Summers.

Date: 2013-01-22 03:34 am (UTC)Occasionally. It's not California sun, but it's still better than...
*waves an eloquent hand back at the shelf of diaries*

Date: 2013-01-22 03:36 am (UTC)Too bad there are so many people here. I wouldn't mind having a tumble in the heather. *grins*

Date: 2013-01-22 03:38 am (UTC)Richard Castle, what ever gave you the idea that I'm incapable of finding a patch of heather with no witnesses?
*grins, tugging him toward the external doors*

Date: 2013-01-22 03:40 am (UTC)Trust you to know the place like the back of your hand. One of the many, many reasons I love you.

Always do thorough research.
*grins, drawing him out toward the gardens, a destination clearly in mind*

This isn't another one of those things you planned ahead of time is it?

Ta-dah. Heather.
*waves an arm toward a wide open field of heather*
*grins*
~Kate

Date: 2013-01-22 03:59 am (UTC)That's a lot of heather.
*looks at her and grins*
*hugs her close*
*frowns*
Is it still safe for us to...you know?

Date: 2013-01-22 04:05 am (UTC)Make love.
Do the nasty.
Get busy.
Hump like bunnies
Pick your metaphor.
-Rick

Date: 2013-01-22 04:09 am (UTC)*finds a good spot and draws him to the ground, murmuring*
Come lie with me and be my Love,
And we will all the pleasures prove
That hills and valleys, dale and field,
And all the craggy mountains yield.
*kisses him*

Date: 2013-01-22 04:13 am (UTC)Marlowe. Color me impressed.
I am yours to do with as you please, my love.

Date: 2013-01-22 04:23 am (UTC)I like my body when it is with your body.
*tugs on the tails of his shirt to pull it off as well*
It is so quite a new thing.
*leans down to kiss him gently*
Muscles better and nerves more.

Date: 2013-01-22 04:27 am (UTC)Are we just going to keep quoting poetry at each other or are we going to get serious?
*grins*
*undoes her bra*

Date: 2013-01-22 04:27 am (UTC)I was trying to be romantic and erotic. Thanks for ruining it.

Date: 2013-01-22 04:30 am (UTC)And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love
Me and my Katie.
-Rick

Date: 2013-01-22 04:31 am (UTC)Oh, no. You're going to have to try a lot harder than that.
*reaches for her shirt*

Date: 2013-01-22 04:42 am (UTC)I'll have you know the ladies of the eighth grade ate that stuff up.
*pulls her back down*
How about this?
Love is a journey through waters and stars,
through suffocating air, sharp tempests of grain:
Love is a war of lightning,
and two bodies ruined by a single sweetness.
Kiss by kiss I cover your tiny infinity,
your margins, your rivers, your diminutive villages,
and a genital fire, transformed by delight
-Rick

Date: 2013-01-22 04:57 am (UTC)slips through the narrow channels of blood
to precipitate a nocturnal carnation,
to be, and be nothing but light in the dark.
*slides her bra off her arms and drops it on top of her shirt*
Was that so difficult?
*rises up to shed her pants*
~Kate

Date: 2013-01-22 05:01 am (UTC)*grins*
And a poet said, "Speak to us of Beauty."
Where shall you seek beauty, and how shall you find her unless she herself be your way and your guide?
Be my guide, Kate.
