European Train Ride Week

Lets see if I can get it right this time.

Sorry this is so late. Ended up in the hospital this afternoon. This will be a low key week because I don't have it in me for a lot of activities at the moment.



Welcome to The Ebbsfleet International Railway Station located to the east of London. From here, you will be catching the Eurostar train to Paris. Make sure you have your Eurail train pass handy. This is the pass that will allow you to travel throughout europe. If you lose this, you may have to buy a new ticket or remain where you are while the rest of us go on.


Feel free to have a look around the station. The train will be here shortly. As soon as it arrives, you can find your seat and then wander around and get to know your fellow travelers.

Day 2: Welcome to Paris. Feel free to wander around and enjoy the sites.

Day 3: Welcome to Amsterdam. There are sites to see for everyone. Check out the canals. Eat in one of the many fine restaurants. Or if you are into more risqué fun, check out the Red Light District. Here.

We'll be heading for Berlin in the morning.

Day 5:
Today we've arrived in Venice. Venice is really a collection of small islands connected by canals. Venice is the perfect city for couples. If you want to stay around, you can catch the Venice Carnival that begins the end of January. For now, you can take a romantic or relaxing Gondola ride. You can take a tour of the city by boat. You can crash in one of the many luxury hotels. There are museums, amazing architecture, or opera houses. If nightlife is your thing, there are jazz clubs, coffee houses, and pubs to enjoy.

Day 7: And our trip this week ends in Budapest. Stay as long as you like and enjoy your trip home.

"Uh, yeah. Duffel bag at the foot of the bed... should be some sweats or yoga pants or something. T-shirts too... help yourself." Ashley left the bathroom door open as he turned the water on.

"Thanks." Derek orders their food and sits on the bed for a minute, considering. He would really like to be able to take a shower before he put on clean clothes, but he knows if he gets in the shower with Ashley now, they would miss breakfast. He sighs and gets out of bed to dig through Ashley's duffel bag. He slips on a pair grey sweats that seem like they'd be a bit big on Ashley, but fit Derek pretty well.

Ashley keeps his shower fast, and a few minutes later he's back, hair damp and a towel hanging low off his hips. "Good thing I have those with me. Have to tie them tight to keep 'em on... but there's no way any of my jeans would fit you."

Derek laughs and walks over to wrap his hands around Ashley's hips. "You have tiny hips, but they're good to hold on to."

Ashley pouts playfully, but steps in closer. "I'm slim. It's sexy."

"It is," Derek lowers his voice.

Ashley bites his lip, smiling almost shyly. "Never been quite so glad to hear that from someone."

Derek hums. "It's true." He leans over and tugs Ashley's lip from his teeth with his own.

Ashley makes a soft, pleased sound at how Derek gets him to stop biting his lip. "So are you," he breathes, eyes fixed on Derek's lips.

Derek just smirks and kisses Ashley.

Ashley laughs into the kiss, reaching up to wind his arms around Derek's neck. When he hears the knock on the hotel room door, he groans, because he doesn't want to let go.

Derek nips at Ashley's lip and pulls away with a grin. He walks over and opens the door to let room service in.

Since he's still in his towel, Ashley steps back into the bathroom to wait for room service to leave. Once they're alone again, he leans in the bathroom doorway. "Gonna take those pants off again now?"

"Trying to get me naked or you just don't want me to get your pants dirty?"

"Definitely trying to get you naked," Ashley grins back. "Going to spend so much time trying to get you naked."

Derek snorts. "You say that like it's going to be a challenge."

Ashley is surprised, but encouraged, by the fact that Derek doesn't challenge him on his statement, one that pretty obviously referred to more time together in the future. So he grins, sitting on the edge of the bed. "I'm glad."

Derek smirks and strips off Ashley's sweats, leaving them in a pile on the floor. He crawls up the the head of the bed. "I don't know about you, but I'm starving."

"Completely," Ashley nods, "although I'm only sort-of thinking about food now."

Derek rolls his eyes. "Food first, then my cock."

Ashley laughs as he sits beside Derek, and he surprises himself by leaning over to rest his head on Derek's shoulder. "Well, at least it's worth the wait."

Derek grins and leans into Ashley. "Damned right it is." He picks up their food and scrapes some of his eggs into Ashley's plate.

Ashley's face lights up when Derek shares his eggs, and he takes his own plate, balancing it on his knees. There's something sweet about the simple action. "Thought you weren't sharing," he murmurs.

Derek chuckles and ducks his head. "Thought you might need them for energy."

"Oh. Right," Ashley murmurs before picking up his fork and taking a bite, covering for the fact that he doesn't know quite what to say. Of course, he was being silly, thinking that the action came from any kind of affection.
