European Train Ride Week
Jan. 13th, 2013 09:57 pmLets see if I can get it right this time.
Sorry this is so late. Ended up in the hospital this afternoon. This will be a low key week because I don't have it in me for a lot of activities at the moment.

Welcome to The Ebbsfleet International Railway Station located to the east of London. From here, you will be catching the Eurostar train to Paris. Make sure you have your Eurail train pass handy. This is the pass that will allow you to travel throughout europe. If you lose this, you may have to buy a new ticket or remain where you are while the rest of us go on.
Feel free to have a look around the station. The train will be here shortly. As soon as it arrives, you can find your seat and then wander around and get to know your fellow travelers.
Day 2: Welcome to Paris. Feel free to wander around and enjoy the sites.
Check out these attractions: Attractions
If you just want to find a hotel, here are recommendations: Hotels
Day 3: Welcome to Amsterdam. There are sites to see for everyone. Check out the canals. Eat in one of the many fine restaurants. Or if you are into more risqué fun, check out the Red Light District. Here.
We'll be heading for Berlin in the morning.
Day 5:
Today we've arrived in Venice. Venice is really a collection of small islands connected by canals. Venice is the perfect city for couples. If you want to stay around, you can catch the Venice Carnival that begins the end of January. For now, you can take a romantic or relaxing Gondola ride. You can take a tour of the city by boat. You can crash in one of the many luxury hotels. There are museums, amazing architecture, or opera houses. If nightlife is your thing, there are jazz clubs, coffee houses, and pubs to enjoy.

Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 09:31 pm (UTC)Things change.
Clearly.
Now how about you tell me why you're calling so we can get back to our lives.

Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 09:35 pm (UTC)*he makes the executive decision not to mention that when it came down to it, Sam had been the one who shot his werewolf girlfriend and Sam had been the one who had held Ruby back while Dean stabbed her so technically if they're keeping score...*
Just calling to talk, Sammy. Wanted to see how you were doing.
*he shrugs a shoulder as if Sam could see it*
Been on any good hunts lately?
*he knows it's a pathetic attempt at small talk but he doesn't want Sam to hang up. It's nice, hearing him talk, knowing he's alive*

Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 09:45 pm (UTC)Working one right now. Pattern of missing girls going back over the last seven years...
*He stops and looks over the fields he is walking by, running a hand through his hair. Why is it that he gets sucked back into talking to Dean so easily?*
Listen. If that's all you called for, I should get back to work.
- Sam
Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 09:49 pm (UTC)*he cuts himself off when he feels his stomach lurch excitedly at the idea, the thought of a hunt. God it'd been a long time*
Yeah, I'm sure you're busy... You uh, you gonna be around anytime soon? We--I sort of took over Bobby's old place, you know the house in South Dakota. Maybe you could swing by sometime.
Or I could meet you. You know, if you wanted a hand...
*he's not used to this. To Sam being the one who called the shots in their relationship. But he has to suffer through and swallow his pride because when Sam finds out...*

Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 10:06 pm (UTC)And there's no telling how many. That's as far back as I could find. Guess the wrong girl finally went missing for someone to actually give a damn...
I don't know when I'll even be back in the states. Went to South America awhile. Now Europe.
*he smiles a little, but there's not really any happiness in the smile and his eyes narrow slightly as he tries to zero in on the reason his brother is finally reaching out to him*
You come to your senses finally? Not like I didn't know this was coming. I guess you'd need to hole up in Bobby's awhile until she sniffed out someone else's leg to hump and stopped trying to rip your throat out for leaving her. Unless it was a more permanent sort of break?

Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 10:44 pm (UTC)Sam, Ruby and I are still together. Like I told you we would be.
Look, man, I understand where you're comin' from here, I do. And this doesn't have to be about you and her or me and her or whatever. You and me are family, even if you're pissed, you're still my brother and it shouldn't...be like this.
You don't have to see her and you don't have to see Diana and Maddie either but I wanna see you. So maybe you can meet me halfway here.

Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 11:11 pm (UTC)Fine.
Okay, Dean.
I'll...let you know when I'm... Not a plane ride away. How's that work for halfway?
- Sam
Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 11:13 pm (UTC)Sounds fair.
I'll talk to you soon, Sammy. Take care of yourself, hear? And you know...you can call if you want a second opinion or something. Whatever.
-Dean
Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 11:23 pm (UTC)I'll, uh, talk to you soon, Dean.
See about getting a long leash for yourself before I call, huh?
- Sam
Re: A moose abroad
Date: 2013-01-20 11:27 pm (UTC)See about getting yourself a drink so you're not so god damn uptight, huh?
*he hangs up while they're on a good note and lets out a deep breath. He wanted to get Sam face to face and on better terms before he broke the news about Jude*
