Other mutant? Are you one of us, sugah?

Mah powers are a little odd... there's the one ah was born with, and some that ah... inherited, ah guess you could say.

Ah can fly, ah've got super-strength, and then there's this thing where.. where ah can't touch anyone without absorbing some of their powers, their memories, their life force.

Ah like the first two better, ah've gotta say.

In a manner of speaking. I can shake hands with people and measure the amount of power their mutations give them. But I'm no super hero.

I don't blame you. I think I'd like the first two better than the others also. Touching someone and knowing all that. It would feel like an invasion of privacy, and the risk of killing them.

Have you ever been glad for it? Like wanted to kill someone and just gone, I'll take care of that? Then touch them?

*frowns, looking uncomfortable for a moment*

No. Ah've only... there's only been one time ah've touched someone for long enough to do them permanent harm. And ah don't think ah'll ever forgive mahself for it. It's... where the flyin' and super strength came from.

As for killin'... well. Ah've done it, but in much more old-fashioned ways. And ah usually leave it for mah friend Logan, he's better suited t'it.

Was that person a friend? That must be a horrible reminder....

I think, when things get weird, mutants, other worlds, a lot of us have killed someone at some point or another. In some way. it's almost unavoidable.

Sounds like. I hurt someone once to protect my mom.
