I'm taking him from mid-season five. You know... before everyone dies. :P

+As described in-series: "Kidnapper, extortionist, murderer, the list goes on. ...Mostly works for himself." Takes whatever job his prospective employer has to offer -- so long as they can meet his exorbitant fees. Very good and very successful at what he does.
+Has no solid home, being on a most wanted list that spans countries. Mostly travels from job to job.
+English accent, trained out of any regional markers. Born Russian. Descended from Romanovs. Does not care to be reminded of that.
+Early to mid-twenties.
+Views the general populace as very far beneath him. More than a bit of a snob.
