Superpowers Week: Main Post

Day One




You don't remember how you got here; all you know is that when you open your eyes, you are strapped to a table in a massive science laboratory. You're not alone, though; if you turn your head, you can see that there are a number of other people strapped to similar tables up and down the long, white-tiled room.

There are wires and tubes running into both of your arms, electrodes on your forehead, and monitors all around you.

Aside from the other people strapped to tables like you, there is no one else in sight.

There are no windows in this room; the only door appears to require a key card and possibly a biometric scan in order to open it.

There are three-inch drains set in the floor at even intervals. There are also two air duct vents in the ceiling, which might be large enough for an average-sized human to climb through.

Any magical or otherwise superhuman powers you used to possess no longer work for you. Maybe something else will. Good luck.
